The Chant® App Clinic provides urgent care for project emergencies and now has a convenient way to post and track them for rapid assessment and triage if necessary. It is ready to respond to critical project situations that span technologies, platforms, and environments.
Not to be confused with Chant Product Support where you can create technical product-related support incidents via the Chant Help Desk as part of your license subscription, Chant App Clinic incidents are about issues related to the entire app. Assessments are complimentary. They are fixed fee-based for continuing with problem triage and solution recommendation. You decide after our review whether to proceed. Weekly and monthly project support can be set up also.
