Updated classes and platform defaults simplify and unclutter app code

The ChantRecognizer and ChantSynthesizer classes are refactored in Developer Workbench to minimize code especially for cross platform apps. In concert with platform speech API defaults, common code can be used on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.

In addition, the recognition and synthesis result argument classes are refactored to enable common and speech-API-specific properties without needing conditional code. Take a look at the updated sample apps especially the C++Builder and Delphi samples to see cross platform code in action.
