Enabling a grammar defined from a source string fails

Symptoms

Grammars defined by passing a source string rather than file path fail to enable.

Cause

The SAPI grammar parser by default is expecting a file containing grammar source or grammar binary.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 8 build 8.2.3.0.
