Symptoms
XML-based grammar syntax where tags that have no content may be detected as an outline node and include a subsequent node as the content.
Cause
The start tag was detected as a begin node should not be an outline node that can be contracted and expanded if a tag without content spanned multiple lines but the end tag /> was not detected as an end node.
Status
Fixed in Developer Workbench 2011 build 4.0.14.0.
