PRB: Syntax editor options do not set within Developer Workbench

Symptoms

Selecting any of the editor options on the View Options dialog do not persist and actually turn on or off the editor options.

Cause

The form resource file was corrupted.

Status

Fixed in Developer Workbench 2011 build 4.0.14.0.
