Web object init fails on page load from CRFClickLink navigation

Symptoms

Navigating web pages by speaking the link with CRFClickLink option fails after the first navigation.

Cause

The WChantSR, WChantTTS, and WChantAudio termination handler could be called twice during page unload in the browser.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.15.0.
