Retained audio not returned on VoCon recognition events

Symptoms

Using ChantRecordingResult options such as CRRFile on StartRecording does not return retained audio on recognition events.

Cause

Audio retention for recognition results is not part of VoCon API. It has to be implemented as part of the audio management functions external to the API.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.14.0 (Win32 and WinCE).
