Symptoms

Selecting TTS voice on server with no audio device fails and the default voice is used.

Cause

SAPI 5 TTS initialization for the new voice was failing on the system with no audio device when selected because the audio objects would not instantiate.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.124.0.
