CPRBuffer events not firing on CPSAsynchronous StartPlayback requests

Symptoms

Invoking StartPlayback with the CPRBuffer and CPSAsynchronous options for synthesizing with a SAPI 5 voice and requesting the audio buffers does not return audio buffers.

Cause

Asynchronous processing was not properly recognizing the callback option for the StartPlayback request. CPSSynchronous option handles event callbacks properly.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.124.0.
