Vocabulary error on web page load with ViaVoice

Symptoms

When accessing web pages that use FilterSpeechClickHypertextLink FilterSpeech property setting when ViaVoice is the recognizer may receive a vocabulary error message.

Cause

This is caused by adding a SMAPI vocabulary where a word length exceeds the maximum supported by ViaVoice. This could occur if hypertext link text exceeded the ViaVoice maximum length.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 3 SR3. Text is automatically truncated to the maximum allowable length when adding SMAPI command vocabularies.
