Symptoms

Vocalizer voice playback events are not synchronized with audio playback consistently.

Cause

Windows media streaming method used to playback Vocalizer audio bytes yields clock times inconsistently and varies depending on system audio hardware on the system.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 9 build 9.0.1.0.
