Synthesizing with SAPI 5 voice consumes memory

Symptoms

Synthesizing with a SAPI 5 voice causes the application to consume memory for each playback.

Cause

Previous maintenance to correct how phoneme events were handled didn't release event data if event wasn't requested. The problem does not occur if you register for CCTTSPhoneme events.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.120.0.
