The Train Microphone and Train General buttons do not do anything

Symptoms

The "Train Microphone" and "Train General" buttons do not do anything. Those buttons are visible, but when you click on them nothing happens.

Cause

The buttons are visible because they are part of SAPI spec, but there is no way to know if an engine mode supports them. You have to call the dialog and see if something happens. We added a function in 2.1 called MicrophoneSetup that calls the SAPI wizard interface and IBM setup if using SMAPI.
