StartPlayback and StartRecording fail sometimes in Java

Symptoms

Invoking StartPlayback("texttospeak") or StartRecording ("texttosimulaterecognition") may fail in Java.

Cause

The single string parameter signature of StartPlayback and StartRecording was updated with the auto-detect file name that contained an erroneous condition statement.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit.jar updated in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.17.7 (Win32).
