Symptoms

SAPI 4 Acapela voice stops speaking after changing voices more than 10 times.

Cause

Switching voices did not decrement the reference count on the voice object at the time of the switch. If you exceed the license multi-user limit in the number of voice switches, the subsequent synthesis requests will be blocked by the Acapela license check.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.17.7 (Win32).
