With more recent versions of Microsoft Explorer, the File Open dialog toolbar buttons have changed. There is a button to go to last folder visited and the view style is a drop down menu of selections. Only "up one level" and "create new folder" invoke when spoken.
When using the AddFileDialog method, the ChantSR object mapped voice commands to the original toolbar button ids if present.
Fixed in SpeechKit 3 SR2. All buttons are voice-enabled and when saying "view menu", the menu drops down. You can speak your selection from the menu list to invoke it. Note that this required a change to the string table. If you are translating built-in strings to another language, you will need to use the new string tables found in the updated ChantRes project.
