Trial expiration dialog appears after validating serial number

Symptoms

After updating the Developer Edition serial number, the trial expiration dialog displays when executing samples or applications that use the component library.

Cause

Class variable used as part of the unlock process may be corrupted on some systems depending on runtime libraries installed.

Status

Fixed in GrammarKit 2 build 2.0.3.0, SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.11.0 (Win32 and WinCE), and VoiceMarkupKit 2 build 2.0.2.0.
