Speech focus does not return duplicate phrases in vocabularies

Symptoms

No recognition occurs when using speech focus to automatically enable recognition for vocabularies associated with a window handle when there are duplicate commands or phrases in the vocabularies associated with other window handles.

Cause

The recognizer may use any active vocabulary to match from and therefore may return the vocabulary identifier that does not map to foreground window (i.e., window that has speech focus).

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.88.0.
