PRB: Unable to restore profile

Restoring a profile fails on a system where the profile doesn't exist. There is no error code. The restore dialog closes, but the profile files are not copied.
The confirm delete check in the profile restore mechanism returns incorrect state when profile does not exist.
Restore does replace a profile if one exists with the same name on the system and does perform confirm delete requests properly.
To restore profile on a system where it doesn't exist, create temporary profile with the same name. You can dismiss the training dialogs and then restore the profile.
Fixed in ProfileKit Build 22.214.171.124. Uninstall Chant Developer Workbench 126.96.36.199, then install the latest build. Backup existing profiles.
