Synthesizing word in Nuance Vocalizer Expressive has no playback

Symptoms

Synthesizing single word requests with Nuance Vocalizer Expressive using StartPlayback results in no audio playback.

Cause

If synthesized speech audio did not fill at least one audio buffer, no playback is scheduled.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 8 build 6.2.2.1.
