Stopping, interrupting, or interjecting playbacks may fail in RS Solo

Symptoms

Stopping a text-to-speech playback with a StopPlayback or StartPlayback using CPSInterrupt or CPSInterject playback style with a RS Solo voice could fail and generate error text: Inappropriate command for current state.

Cause

In application scenarios where playbacks are stopped or interrupted, the stop request could be processed before the RS Solo TTS engine has been able to properly initiate the pending playback request and generates a state error.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit build 7.0.10.0.
