PRB: ViaVoice dialogs defaulting to platform language

Symptoms

Launching the ViaVoice dialogs defaults to the platform (i.e., OS) default language rather than the language of the ViaVoice recognizer (i.e., default domain).

Cause

ShowDialog handler for SMAPI was using the platform (i.e., OS) default language rather that obtaining the default domain language.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.86.0.
