ViaVoice not returning both numbers when spoken with "and" in between

Symptoms

The utterance "there were between 40 and 70 attendees at the workshop" returns the correct ChantWord objects for all the words, but the Text property does not include the "and 70" in the formatted text.

Cause

The number formatting stack was not fully processed when formatting text.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.86.0.
