PRB: Unable to delete file within Visual Basic after transcription completes

Symptoms

Application receives a return code when attempting to delete a file after transcribing audio from it using StartRecording in Visual Basic.

Cause

SAPI 5 stream object has the file locked.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.86.0.
