Recognition object ChantSR initialization fails

Symptoms

Initialization fails when instantiating the ChantSR object.

Cause

The IBM SMAPI (ViaVoice) interface is detecting and dynamically loading a Crystal Reports DLL in error due to the similarity in name with that of an IBM DLL.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.82.0.
