Record does not work with IBM ViaVoice

Symptoms

When the recognizer selected is IBM ViaVoice, no recognition occurs when using the Record method.

Cause

The ChantSR object record method generated an internal name for the dictation vocabulary. IBM ViaVoice requires specific dication dictionary names enabled. This is an IBM SMAPI specific issue. SAPI does not have any naming requirements.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 3 SR1.
