Green screen sample application background images do not display on Windows 8

Symptoms

The green screen sample application background images do not display when running on a Windows 8 system.

Cause

The images were saved as 32-bit .bmp with Photoshop, however the internal format and header information conflicts with the actual file size. Windows 8 does not load the images for security reasons.

Status

Sample application images updated with installer 4.0.16.0.
