Symptoms

The What Can I Say dialog title flashes during program initialization on Windows Mobile devices.

Cause

Dialog creation on the Windows Mobile platform causes the dialog to display briefly even though no show operation has been performed.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.6.0.
