ResumePlayback fails to resume synthesis and playback with SAPI 5

Symptoms

After pausing synthesis or audio file playback with PausePlayback, ResumePlayback fails to resume synthesis and audio playback with SAPI 5.

Cause

The ChantTTS SAPI 5 implementation relies on audio object states rather than pause/resume count like it does for other APIs. Depending on audio handlers on the specific system, the audio states may not reflect state changes.

Status

Changed ChantTTS to use common pause/resume count mechanism across all APIs. Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.100.0.
