SpeechKit and engine dialogs do not display from Macromedia Authorware

Symptoms

SpeechKit console and ShowDialog dialogs do not display when invoked from Macromedia Authorware.

Macromedia Authorware ActiveX container handle is not a valid window handle.

Fixed in SpeechKit 3 SR4. SpeechKit components now verify window handle and obtain one if necessary for UI functions.
