Acapela voices not enumerating when running with unbundled license

Symptoms

No Acapela voices enumerate when running an application without the Acapela license bundle linked and setting via CSPVoiceLicenseKey.

Cause

Initializing the Acapela library before setting the license disabled library functions.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.1.4.
