The serial number does not work

Symptoms

When installing SpeechKit, either evaluation or licensed version, the installer prompts you for your name, company, and serial numbers. After entering this information and clicking the next button, a dialog appears indicating the serial number is incorrect.

Cause

The serial number to install SpeechKit is encrypted using your name as it was registered for either an evaluation or licensed copy. It must be entered exactly as it was registered. The encryption is character value sensitive, so case must match exactly. You can copy your name from your registration confirmation e-mail and paste it in the installation dialog to ensure the match is exact.
