Synthesizing to a file causes app hang with native Cepstral API

Symptoms

Using SpeechToText to synthesize to a file causes app hang with native Cepstral API. Streaming audio with Cepstral voices works fine via SAPI, it's only when using the native Cepstral API that an app hangs.

Cause

The Cepstral server initialization for enumerating the voices was not terminated before the batch queue initialized the server. If enough channels are not available, a session may hang on termination.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 8 build 8.2.1.0.
