SAPI dynamic grammar still enabled after disabling

Symptoms

Toplevel rules in a SAPI grammar with a dynamic rule remain active after disabling the grammar. The dynamic rule is disabled, but the toplevel rules remain active. This occurs regardless if the application explicitly disables the CSRVocabList resource or implicitly when the application disables the CSRGrammarVocab resource.

Cause

The disabled CSRVocabList resource left the grammar in an enabled state even though the grammar rules were disabled.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.1.3.
