ShowEngine dialog engine names are truncated in Windows 98

Symptoms

Only the first letter of the engine name appears in the ShowEngine dialog on Windows 98.

Cause

Component was passing engine names as Unicode strings rather than ANSI strings.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.98.0. Component does a platform check and adjusts automatically.
