VCL not receiving events

Symptoms

VCL with Deployment library does not receive events. This problem does not appear with Developer Edition.

Cause

VCL instantiation automatically registers for declared events before application code can set the License and Serials properties to unlock deployment library.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.76.0.
