PRB: MChantTTS throwing exception on release

Symptoms

Releasing an instance of the MChantTTS COM object causes an exception.

Cause

COM initialization count is off. Class destructor released the marshaller object after terminating COM.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.16.0.
