Dragon not recognizing command vocabulary commands

Symptoms

Commands unrecognized when using a command vocabulary with Dragon NaturallySpeaking.

Cause

The command identifier was used to verify vocabulary ownership rather than vocabulary identifier on recognition callbacks.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.16.0 (Win32). Fixed in SpeechKit 4 build 4.0.130.0.
