The phoneme insertion dialog automatically pronounces the phoneme when selected in the list. However, it is helpful to be able to hear phonemes in the context of the pronunciation.

A speak phonemes menuitem and toolbar option has been added to generate a playback request for the highlighted phonemes in the document.

SpeechKit is required for phoneme playback.
