How do I develop Director movies and Authorware pieces that speak and listen?

Summary

Within Macromedia Director and Authorware, you may add the Chant SpeechKit ActiveX components as cast members. This requires that you deploy with the ActiveX control library and register it on the target system.

With an Xtra plugin, you can publish your movie and piece without having to register the library on the target system.
