HOW: Initialize app without ViaVoice training wizards

Summary

Initializing an application on a system where ViaVoice is installed causes the speaker and microphone training wizards to display. This is a feature of ViaVoice not controlled through SMAPI. Once the microphone wizard has been run and initial speaker tranining has been completed, these wizards will not automatically launch.

More Information

These wizards can be run independently from your application as part of the ViaVoice installation and setup. This will prevent them from randomly appearing.
