FAQ: Does the Microsoft dictation engine have any microphone or general training?

Use the MicrophoneSetup method in the Chant component. This will launch either the SAPI wizard or IBM microphone setup depending on which engine mode is selected for the application.

Dictation training can be done via the recognition engine. For Microsoft engine, use the MS Dictation applet and train your speaker. For other engines, use the training facility provided with those engines.
