New component library simplifies tailoring lexicon word pronunciations

Now developers have the ability to quickly and easily tailor word pronunciations to be used during speech synthesis and recognition. LexiconKit 2 provides a common application interface for creating and editing Cepstral Swift, Microsoft SAPI 4, and Microsoft SAPI 5 lexicons.
