PRB: Duplicate speaker profile names

Symptoms

Creating a new speaker profile with CreateChantProfile could result in multiple speaker profiles with the same name.

Cause

The CreateChantProfile does not check for existing speaker profile by name before creating the new speaker profile.

Status

Fixed in ProfileKit 5 build 5.1.1.0.
