Dragon results box hidden on CSRDictationVocab recognition results

Symptoms

Setting CNPEngineUI to 2 or 3 to display the Dragon results box works for CSRCommandVocab resources but not CSRDictationVocab resources.

Cause

The Dragon properties for showing the result box were only set when the Dragon objects were instantiated.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit build 7.0.4.0.
