Enabling VoCon grammar fails

Symptoms

Enabling a bnf grammar fails for VoCon 4.1.

Cause

The default engine API instantiated on first engine enumeration was not released so that the new API selection was the active API when the grammar was defined. The EnableResource fails because the grammar type is incompatible with the default API selection.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit build 7.0.3.0.
