GetResource count fails in .NET Deployment Edition

Symptoms

Obtaining resource count for speech resource such as CSREngine was failing.

Cause

The method ID was incorrect. The build project was pointing to the wrong IDL file for compilation (i.e., build system configuration management error).

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.12.0 (Win32).
