Sample AndroidManifest.template.xml file missing from cross-platform samples

Symptoms

Building cross-platform samples targeting Android generate the following error:

    [GetXmlValues Error] Name cannot begin with the '%' character, hexadecimal value 0x25. Line 20, position 2.

Cause

The default generated manifest includes a token for queries that causes the error. The sample manifests include the necessary intent declarations appropriate for the sample.

Status

Sample projects updated in Chant Developer Workbench 2023 build 10.0.1.0.
