CCTTSPhoneme event not fired when synthesizing to a wave file via native RealSpeak Solo API

Symptoms

No phoneme events are firing when synthesizing to a wave file using native API access to RealSpeak Solo voice.

Cause

RealSpeak Solo API does not automatically fire phoneme events when generating audio bytes like it does for live playback.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 5 build 5.0.17.0 (Win32 and WinCE).
