Before developing and testing Windows Mobile applications, you need to install and register the Chant WinCE Developer Editions to run on your Windows Mobile device.

Install the Chant Serial Number Validation program by running setupwcearm4.exe or setupwcex86.exe found in on your Win32 platform to which your WinCE device is attached or copy it to your WinCE development device and launch it.

Register your Chant WinCE Developer Editions license to obtain a serial number to enable it to run on your development WinCE system. See the steps in the help file documentation.

Install and register the GrammarKit 3 ActiveX and .NET Component libraries to be used on the device by running setupgmk3wcearm4.exe or setupgmk3wcex86.exe found in C:\Program Files\Chant\GrammarKit 3\WinCE Developer\ on your Win32 platform to which your WinCE device is attached.

Install and register the ProfileKit 3 ActiveX and .NET Component libraries to be used on the device by running setupprk3wcearm4.exe or setupprk3wcex86.exe found in C:\Program Files\Chant\ProfileKit 3\WinCE Developer\ on your Win32 platform to which your WinCE device is attached.

Install and register the SpeechKit 6 ActiveX and .NET Component libraries to be used on the device by running setupspk6wcearm4.exe or setupspk6wcex86.exe found in C:\Program Files\Chant\SpeechKit 6\WinCE Developer\ on your Win32 platform to which your WinCE device is attached.
